RETURNS
Stock items are returnable (less
shipping & sizing charges). Returns must be authorized and shipped back to us
within 30 days of receipt. Sized rings will be charged a 10% restocking / resizing
fee. Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged
$10.00 refinishing fee. If you have doubts about the suitability of an item, please order it in the stock or
"no preference" size. All items can easily be sized by a local
jeweler.
Returns must be authorized within 7 days from the time you receive
your package (we will issue an
authorization number upon request). Late returns may also be
subject to restocking fees. Orders/returns for multiple items may be subject to
a 5% restocking fee. Mounted or sized Platinum rings are not
returnable. Special orders & custom jobs are not returnable.
Items purchased with free shipping are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
Stock items are exchangeable (less
shipping & sizing charges). Exchanges must be authorized within 7 days and shipped back to us
within 30 days or receipt.
Exchanged items are not subject to the 10% restocking fee on sized items. Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged
$10.00 cleaning, polishing, fees. Late exchanges may also be
subject to restocking fees.
SPECIAL ORDERS / PLATINUM
Mounted or sized Platinum rings are not
returnable. Special orders & custom jobs are not returnable,
however if there are any defects to the item we will gladly repair or replace
the item at our expense. These items cannot be taken back for a refund.
STONES WARRANTY
Our Russian CZs are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee to retain
their original brilliance and luster and against cracking or chipping under
normal wear. In the unlikely event this should ever happen, e14k will
provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser.
REPAIRS
In the rare occurrence if an item does
not meet your satisfaction, breaks, or has quality control issues we will fix or
replace the item(s) at no charge within 30 days.
If after 30 days typically repair charges are $20.00 and shipping charges apply.
You can specify your return shipping options upon request of a repair
authorization number via email or phone.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most in stock items are processed & shipped
within 2-3 business days. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take
another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items
in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many
platinum items can take 2-4 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or
occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to to have it for
you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate
shipping option to meet your time frame).

Packages are
shipped via USPS which takes 3-6 business
days depending on your distance from Florida. Upgrading shipping options are
available during "check out". Once your purchased items are shipped, a USPS tracking number will be sent to you
via e-mail.
USPS FIRST CLASS $7.95 (under $100), $9.95 (over $100) - (2-6 days)
USPS PRIORITY $14.95 - (2-3 days)
USPS EXPRESS $24.95 - (1-2 days)

INTERNATIONAL $29.95 - (2-4 weeks)
USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL $39.95 - (6-10 days)

Lost/Late Packages:
To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide
us with a correct "ship to" address. Please double and triple
check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by USPS as it is beyond our
control.
Incorrect or Invalid Address:
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the
customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect
address information. If a shipment is
returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a
corrected address. Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping
and handling charges.
Privacy Policy
We do not sale or rent your information to anyone. Your electronic
information is stored securely with 128 bit ssl technology and all documents
related to order information are shredded after shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
