Shipping Information

Domestic

Most in stock items are processed & shipped within 24-48 hours. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many platinum items can take 1-3 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to to have it for you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate shipping option to meet your time frame, weekends do not count as shipping days IE: if your item ships on a Thursday priority mail, it may not arrive until the following Monday. 

USPS FIRST CLASS $7.95 (under $100), $9.95 (over $100) - (2-6 days)
USPS PRIORITY $14.95 - (2-3 days)
USPS EXPRESS $24.95 - (1-2 days)

Standard shipping in the continental USA is via USPS First Class INSURED which takes 2-6 business days depending on your distance from Florida. Upgraded shipping options are available during "check out". Once your purchased items are shipped, a USPS tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

International

 Customs and Duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. (Approximate shipping times below)

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL $29.95 - (2-4 weeks)
USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL $39.95 - (6-10 days)
USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL $54.95 - (2-5 days)

Lost/Late Packages

To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide us with a correct "ship to" address.  Please double and triple check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by USPS as it is beyond our control. In the rare instance your package is lost, all items are insured and a replacement will be shipped back out at no charge.

Incorrect or Invalid Address

Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. There is a $9.95 charge for packages that have been returned for an incorrect address. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address.  Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
