In the rare occurrence if an item does not meet your satisfaction, breaks, or has quality control issues we will fix or replace the item(s) at no charge within 30 days.
If after 30 days typically repair charges are $10.00 and shipping charges apply. You can specify your return shipping options inside your return package.

Finger Re-Sizing depends on the item but typically runs:
$20+ within 2 sizes - 14k Gold or Sterling Silver
$40+ within 2 sizes - Platinum

Stone Setting
$20.00 labor each stone
Stone is free of charge as per our lifetime guarantee against any defects.

Prong Re-tipping
$20.00 per prong -14k Gold or Sterling Silver
