Returns & Exchanges

Stock items are returnable (less shipping and sizing charges) and must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Sized rings incur a 10% restocking/resizing fee. If you’re unsure of a size, order the stock or “no preference” size—any ring can easily be sized by a local jeweler. To start a return or exchange, email info@e14k.com.

Order Cancellation

Because most 14k gold pieces are made to order, cancellations must be made within 24 business hours of placing your order. Some items take 4–6 weeks; you’ll be notified and given the chance to cancel before production.

Payment

When you submit your order online your card is charged and we begin production. We’ll email tracking information when your order ships. Money orders and checks may be mailed to the address on our Contact page (personal checks: allow 3 weeks for clearance).
